Loan Process

Step 1: Gather all documents prior to Loan Application

  • Residential Earnest Money Contract from Builder/Realtor
  • Addresses of residences for last 2 years
  • Employer names and addresses for last 2 years
  • W-2′s and/or 1099′s for last 2 years
  • Pay Stubs (include year-to-date) for last 30 days
  • Verification of any additional sources of income
  • Bank, credit union, and investment statements for last 3 months
  • Personal tax returns for last 2 years (if self-employed or commissioned)
  • Divorce Decree if receiving or paying child support
  • Copy of Social Security Card and Driver’s License for all applicants
  • Personal assets and liabilities information list

Step 2: Speak with Frank for pre-qualification

Step 3: We process your information and approve your loan

Step 4: You go to closing!
